This hotel boasts a perfect location near major shopping areas. I found my room very spacious and well-decorated. The staff was friendly and efficient . Stefano provided an unexpected room upgrade and a welcome gift of macaroons, I appreciate this kind gesture.
I noticed the gym equipment could use some updating.

The breakfast restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits that they had on offer. The coffee was AMAZING!!!

The location is very convenient. I walked to the Opéra Garnier in just five minutes. The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff was helpful. They gave me information about the area around the hotel.
The wardrobe was a bit small for the room size.
