i appreciated the spacious beautiful double or twin room terrace with good natural light. the location suited my needs perfectly, close to many dining options. the staff addressed a minor concern regarding the in-room safe quickly. the availability of an electric kettle was appreciated.
the lift was quite small and sometimes difficult to use during peak hours.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the Opéra Garnier. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of items.
The street outside the hotel can get a little noisy early in the morning.

This hotel boasts a perfect location near major shopping areas. I found my room very spacious and well-decorated. The staff was friendly and efficient . Stefano provided an unexpected room upgrade and a welcome gift of macaroons, I appreciate this kind gesture.
I noticed the gym equipment could use some updating.
