the location was acceptable as several metro stations were nearby.
the room i got was not good. the walls were thin, i could hear everything next door. the staff's attitude was dreadful when i mentioned the broken toilet, saying, 'we're a three-star hotel, what do you expect?

The check-in process was not smooth. the employee was new and needed more support from experienced colleagues. i also noticed the absence of face towels in the room. There were only large bath towels. it felt inconvenient drying my face with a bath towel.

the staff were very helpful and cheerful upon my arrival rooms were spacious and nicely designed the hotel is in a lovely area near the metro stations breakfast had nice selections with dreamy linens and a comfortable mattress. the lobby was cozy and ideal for smart working and luggage storage was a plus.
the room was basic and quite small lacking a closet and the bathroom was also tiny with limited space for toiletries
