The staff greeted me warmly. i arrived early and they offered a room that was immediately available. housekeeping was very efficient. Bathe kept everything nothing messy. i enjoyed the ice cream at the bar. The barista helped me choose flavors.
locating the hotel from gare de lyon initially proved difficult due to the labyrinthine underground concourse. i had some trouble navigating the area at first. it was a minor inconvenience.

the air conditioning barely worked it was hot in the room. i was given a useless mobile aircon unit and spent the night SWEATING. no manager was available so the problem remained UNRESOLVED.
