the location was convenient near the transportation hub. staff was helpful and efficient, notably when i needed directions. i found the room well kept and quite clean. the hotel had a secure, cute feeling that i appreciated (especially at night).
the in-room coffee machine needed a little more detailed instructions.

the concierge provided useful information about local attractions. staff checked me in quickly and were available around the clock. they stored my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to explore the area.

the hotel is close to the metro station. i could easily access many popular sites (like the louvre) by foot. the surrounding area featured a wide variety of restaurants and shops.

location is great i walked easily to many central spots from here. the rooms where comfortable. i book two rooms for my family, we have five people. the hotel were very clean. even with the busy location, we all sleep sound.
glass separates the shower and the room i think its not good for families. its like you can see through the glass when someone showers. also carpet looks old and the room have strange odor. windows open and we want them open for few hours, but we get lots of mosquitos.

dust on surfacesoutside noise
i felt there were a few problems . my room wasnt as clean as i hoped. i saw dust on surfaces, and the bathroom floor seemed not properly cleaned. also, the noise from outside made it hard to sleep, especially since my room faced a busy street.

excellent hallsgood roomsexcellent service
the business halls suited our event of 30 executives. coffee break rooms and a separate restaurant zone in the air helped. laurane malonga and the team assisted with scheduling, collateral, video conferencing and electricity (for laptops).
only a small door opens to the outside.
