I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always available. the rooms were very clean with ample space. daily breakfast offered much variety, and the dining staff was very attentive!
the £100 pre-authorised guarantee amount felt unnecessary, unlike other hotels i have visited, it seemed a bit excessive!

The location near the metro was very convenient. the room was clean. good restaurants were nearby. the bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep!
the room i had was a bit small. it met my needs, but it wasn't luxurious. the room faced the interior and the view was dull. it would be good to get a slightly larger room next time.
