poor insulation loud noise
the hotel offered underground parking and that was great when it rained. the cleaning staff was also very nice.
the sound insulation was pretty bad. my room was near the stairs at the back. i could hear every single word of people walking by as if there was no wall there at all. this was very disturbing late at night.

charming downtown stay
spacious room essential toiletries
the room was spacious. amenities include coffe and essential toiletries. the location is great, it is within walking distance to downtown. a bus stop is steps away. microwave is also a bonus.
i find it awkward approaching anyone. there are queues often and staff were polite. friendly is what i seek.

The location proved very convenient, especially with the complimentary bus tickets that facilitated easy access to various attractions. The room size offered ample space, and the inclusion of amenities like a fridge and coffee maker was a definite plus. I found the underground parkade to be a hidden gem, since there was always plenty of room available.

The location was great. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. the staff were very friendly at check-in, and the underground parking had plenty of spaces!
