The Superior Two Bedroom Suite includes one king bed and one queen bed. The Superior King Suite provides a two-person jetted tub and mountain views. Each room includes EarthTempo toiletries, a flat-screen TV, a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and complimentary local calls. Pet-friendly rooms are available for a $30 fee per pet per night. Rooms have ironing facilities, heating, and coffee/tea facilities.

For breakfast, Pacini Italian Restaurant is a short walk down Banff Avenue, offering various options and Italian-style coffee. Each room is equipped with coffee/tea facilities. Additionally, the rooms have coffee makers and mini-fridges.

The room was really big. i had a mountain view from my window. It was super awesome to wake up to. the location is also great. It is a short walk to the downtown area.

The lobby was in the adjacent building, it made things a bit confusing at first. sometimes, there was a line, and the staff were okay, but not overly friendly. I have experienced friendlier service elsewhere. the beds felt too soft, i felt some discomfort in my back.

i find it awkward approaching anyone. there are queues often and staff were polite. friendly is what i seek.
