the location was convenient to many metro stations. i found free sparkling water and lollies in the lobby (there was also hot chocolate one day!). the basic kitchen facilities worked well.
the receptionist seemed a bit rude and not patient. the rooms lacked air-conditioning and fans were unavailable for one-night stays. due to extreme heat, sleep was difficult, and open windows let in mosquitoes.

the room was spacious. it had everything i needed, except the ac unit was on the floor and needed access to the window.. our window faced the train tracks. i did not hear much noise during the night though.
the receptionist was not friendly. they seemed a bit rude and lacked patience when i asked questions. the bathroom was not clean. there was a lack of general maintenance evident.
