Each guest room features an elegant desk, original artwork, and a personal pantry. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. Select suites feature a large bedroom and a separate living room, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom equipped with slippers and a hairdryer. Some suites have a seven-foot round spa bathtub, a walk-in rainforest shower, and a surround sound system. Suites also include B&W's Zeppelin iPod docking station, a large circular bath, twin vanity units, and custom-design leather seating. FreshBed Sleep systems are available in master bedrooms.

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental features multiple dining options, including Amber, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant, which offers a kitchen tour showcasing its culinary approach.
