The room was very clean. I also appreciated the comfortable amenities provided. The location was GREAT, with easy access to local attractions.
The main road outside the room was noisy, even with the windows closed, hindering sleep a little.

i liked the affordable price and the very nice room. the room was clean, with tea & coffee and shower gel provided. the shower was amazing and i much appreciate the fan, it helped with the heat. i was aware the pub is closed, meaning no food or drinks available on site.
i found out there are no amenities close by. the pub was closed and i had no other places nearby, so i made sure to eat beforehand. the owner used a fleece winter duvet set even if the weather was warm. i have to say that was a really bad move.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i noticed. they communicated the self check-in instructions clearly, and i felt supported upon my late arrival.

this location was ideal for my needs as it was close to family. it's on a main road, and nearby facilities were easily accessible, i realised. parking was available across the road.

No dining options are available on site. i'm told there is a Greene King pub about 15 minutes away. i also heard that you need a torch to walk there at night.

The room had coffee, tea, and a kettle. That was helpful. the shower had good pressure. the location was close to family, convenient for me.
There was no wifi, and i also did not find a tv remote, so i could not use the tv. i noticed creaky floors, and the beds were also quite creaky. This was a bit annoying. i was not aware the parking was across the main road. This was not ideal.

the room was very comfy and tidy. parking was available opposite the building. the provided towels and wash products were of nice quality.
the main road outside was very busy. i was kept awake by the traffic noise all night. the car park is on the other side of the main road which wasn't ideal.
