The check-in staff was very pleasant and organized! the room was clean and ready at check-in time. the location was convenient, and the price was sweet. the staff were great about my pup. They even offered a bed, bowl, and treats!
The walls were thin. I could hear the neighbors. the room was hot, even with the ac on, despite the cool weather. the breakfast was awful and overpriced. It was $25 for a bad buffet with bare minimum service!

The check-in process featured fast service. The staff was friendly. I received a welcome drink in the lobby. The front desk staff valued MY stay.
The hot tub seemed OLD. The pool area was run down. I found a dirty sock under the table in my room.
