the breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. i found the staff fabulous.
i found no instructions in the room regarding how to operate the a/c. the toilet seat was loose, a detail i found unacceptable. the tv remote also malfunctioned.

awful pressurebroken dispenser
the bathroom setup was a pain the water pressure in the shower was just awful it barely trickled out i couldn't get a decent shower at all the soap dispenser was also broken making it even more annoying to try to wash up the room felt stuffy too the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly even after fiddling with the controls it just wasn't a comfortable experience

The breakfast offered a good variety, including cooked options, cereals, porridge, breads, yogurt, and fruit. It was acceptable.
the room lacked clear instructions for using the a/c controls, annoying. the toilet seat was loose, a minor detail i know. the tv remote didn't work properly either.

unprofessional staffhard bed
The reception staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I saw them lounging on their phones during both of my visits. The room smelled strongly of lilies , which was overwhelming. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. the free parking advertised turned out to be severely limited, with only about ten very tight spaces.
