warm hospitality amazing reception extensive breakfast options
The reception area is amazing. It is cute and well managed. breakfast had great variety, and the quality was excellent. the staff were all attentive. the pool area was very clean and enjoyable.
the rooms are slightly small, especially for a family. the limited space for suitcases made it uncomfortable.

The hotel is very convenient, ideal for getting around. a metro station just outside the hotel provides great access. i walked into town easily. It took around 30 minutes passing through a range of areas.

I had a very enjoyable meal at konkan cafe. the decor is nice, and the seafood thali is excellent. special commendation to laxmikant, amit, and gopal for their attentive and unobtrusive service. The food was AMAZING!!!

Really good Hospitality and Excellent Amenities
smooth process sea view helpful trainer
The check-in process was smooth. I received a room upgrade and a sea view, a good bonus after a long journey. The gym has ample equipment, I noticed a particularly helpful and humble woman acting as a trainer there. Breakfast at Trattoria offered fresh food and a calm ambience, perfect for starting the day.
The hotel room was a bit smaller than expected for a five-star hotel.

The staff provided attentive and genuinely hospitable service without intrusion. The team seemed knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring a nice meal. Laxmikant and Sameer were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast offered many choices. Service was prompt. Multiple nice restaurants are on the premises. Staff members were helpful and friendly. Prapti assisted with check-in, (I got an upgrade, nice!). The location is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
The gym did not have sufficient air conditioning.

the staff at the breakfast station was always kind and cute. sagar remembered my order every morning and was super friendly. the asian restaurant had very good food, i enjoyed all the variety. room service and cleanliness were excellent.
the menu did not change much. after three days, the dishes seemed similar and somewhat repetitive.
