the hotel provided a convenient parking permit for a nearby public car park. i found the sea-front location to be quite nice, especially with the hotel bar and outside terrace available. it was good that the hotel is pet friendly and close to the pier. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. i also had a tasty and fresh sandwich for lunch in the cafe area. a 20% discount is available to residents for dining.

the hotel sits close to the theatre, made attending an event very easy. its proximity to the seafront provided lovely views, and the location is central. the area is convenient to many restaurants and bars.

The room was fresh and clean with ample space. Though the decor may be a bit dated. the bathroom was well-stocked with necessary items, convenient. the hot chocolate sachets were a nice touch.

The room was adequate I suppose. The location of the hotel was pretty really good I guess, particularly because it was close to the beach and all the other nearby attractions.
I booked a room I was told was Premier, but the furniture seemed to have seen better days. The carpet could have been cleaner. It was full of dog hairs, actual clumps in some spots. I asked for a vacuum, yet nothing changed. Anything that touched the floor was covered in pet hair. The corridors were also neglected.

The room was spacious. i had a premier king room. the tv worked. I advised reception about it initially.
The corridor on my floor was very narrow. Guests passed my room and i could hear them talking.
