It seems like a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night or two, with clean bedding and freshly painted rooms offering a reasonable experience. It's a historically interesting hotel that I'd consider if looking for a blend of convenience and seaside charm.”

Really good Staff and Wonderful Seaside Location

friendly staffgreat locationexternal scaffolding
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . The location is really good. It is just steps away from the Leas Cliff Pavilion (a definite plus!).
There was scaffolding outside (which slightly impacted the view).

the location provided many options for food , which i found pleasing. the view added a touch of serenity to my stay. the bathroom boasted a HUGE bathtub, nice for relaxation after a long day.
i noticed the kettle's cable COULDN'T reach the table's plugs , causing inconvenience. the visible dust diminished the room's appeal .
