A decent stay overall
great location helpful staff poor service dirty counter
The hotel is located very close to many spots. Waikiki Beach is easily accessible by foot , and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning service was inconsistent , and sometimes towels were not refreshed. The minibar glasses were not always cleaned , and the counters were not properly wiped down.
