Located along the Avila Beach Promenade where Front Street meets the shoreline, this 54-suite Avila Beach hotel offers accommodations ranging from 550 to 1100 square feet. The Owner's Suites feature bedrooms with fireplaces, living rooms with queen sofa sleepers, and fully-equipped kitchens with refrigerators and cooking appliances. The Villas include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplaces, and expanded balconies overlooking the pool and beach. Master Suites provide separate living areas with queen sofa beds and private balconies or patios. Property amenities include a heated oceanfront pool, family play areas with ping pong and life-size checkers, and daily American breakfast.
