The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was excessively hot upon arrival. The staff did adjust it later, yet the initial discomfort impacted the start of my stay. The bathroom had issues. The toilet flush required a constant holding down of the button. The shower also presented problems with the water temperature fluctuating drastically when the sink was in use.

The staff was AMAZING! they were always polite and helpful. i was greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival. daily complimentary drinks and cake. The hotel was ideally situated close to all the most famous sites. It was easy to walk everywhere. the hotel was boutique and luxurious. It felt worth paying a bit more for being in such a wonderful location

i appreciated the excellent location across from the tuileries garden and louvre. the lobby presented a lovely welcome. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly (especially when i attempted my french!). the room offered good space for its price point.
the room was slightly too warm for my preference. i found it a bit uncomfortable during the night.

the breakfast room felt somewhat cramped. i had to share a table. sharing a table with STRANGERS isn't my favorite thing.

Superb Stay Near the Louvre

The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. my beautiful double room paris view offered a amazing scene of the city from its windows. the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea served in the lovely lobby.
the elevators were quite small, i ended up using the stairs most of the time.

Really good Stay with Parisian Elegance

Our family occupied a Junior Suite boasting a view of the city. This suite provided ample space. It also offered convenient access to many attractions. The helpful staff ensured my husband's birthday was special (they even provided a small cake).
The bar service was unavailable on one occasion, a minor inconvenience.
