wonderful stay!
sliding doors tea facilities cooked eggs
the family suite had sliding doors, providing privacy. tea and coffee facilities were available in the kitchen area. breakfast offered a variety of savory and sweet choices, including cooked eggs. the staff was cute and helpful throughout our stay.
the lobby area felt small and not very comfortable. it lacked bar service and only had a self-service coffee and tea machine. the web site photos did not look current.

Excellent Stay Near the Gardens
helpful staff family room convenient location direct route
I appreciated the helpful staff. They provided useful information. Our room offered a good size for a family. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and supermarkets was convenient. I found the train station to the airport very close (it was a direct route).
The lobby and bar area were quite small, not very suitable for comfortable meetings or sitting.

The room was quiet, with a nice window and very nice bed linen. It was clean, and the shower had good water pressure, great for a comfortable experience. Amenities in the bathroom were well-thought-out and added to the overall positive feel.

The breakfast offered fresh fruit, tasty breads, and eggs (I especially liked the bacon!). I particularly enjoyed the fresh water that was available in the lobby throughout the day. The hotel room service was prompt and efficient.

cozy stay near gardens
excellent location simple process efficient service
the location was excellent near transport. the breakfast ordering process was simple. table service was very efficient. my room was quiet.
i noted a lack of coat hooks near the door. hanging coats became slightly inconvenient due to limited wardrobe space. this small addition would improve the stay notably.

the hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and water in reception. this is convenient for quick refreshments. the breakfast room has two tables located in a small, warm room without windows, and there are also three small tables in the lobby.
