i found the staff helpful. they provided great local information and assistance with directions. the location was ideal, very close to the metro and within walking distance of many attractions. the room was well-kept and clean. i liked the comfortable king size bed.

the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. i found nespresso available in the room each morning, a welcome start. the infrared sauna provided relaxation each night. fresh robes arrived every three days and housekeeping maintained the room meticulously every day.
the room window was smaller than i anticipated, impacting the natural light.
