I found the rooftop terrasse a wonderful bonus. The views of the Sacré-Cœur and the Eiffel Tower were AMAZING!!! I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to many restaurants and shops. The hotel offered easy access to the metro, an important detail for getting around.
The elevator had an older design. It was limited to about four people with luggage. It presented a very minor inconvenience.

the staff was quick to help when needed, that was acceptable.
Our room, a classic double room, was quite small and felt a bit cramped. the walls had a dark green and brown color i didn't like. also the sensor for the lights in our corridor wasn't working properly. I was left in the dark a few times returning to our room.

The roof terrace offered a fine panoramic view of the surrounding area. The hotel is situated conveniently near several metro stations, with access to many parts of the city. I found the staff members quite friendly. They were always ready to help with directions and recommendations.
