Excellent Location with Updated Rooms
easy check-in clean room helpful staff
Check-in was very easy. The staff were helpful. The hotel is close to Times Square and Fifth Avenue. Rooms were clean every day, and they included everything I needed.. I felt okay all time . There was even a happy hour in the lounge area from 4-6 with an awesome bartender.
I found that the room's metal door lacked soundproofing. Noise from the hallway easily entered my room.

The front desk staff, including Joanne and her colleagues, are friendly. They are helpful with guest needs and are a real credit to the hotel. Their support significantly enhanced my stay.

The hotel has a prime location near Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Everything was walkable and very accessible. This makes it convenient for exploring many attractions.

great location friendly staff convenient checkout useful storage
this hotel exceeded my expectations! the location is fantastic, near attractions like times square and fifth avenue. i loved how close it was to bryant park and the subway. the staff was friendly and the check-out time is noon (so convenient!). also, storing bags after checkout was so useful for my later flight.
the room felt slightly smaller than what i expected.

i found two starbucks very close by (it made my mornings so easy!). many restaurants within a short walk. even without a restaurant in the hotel, dining options are plentiful and convenient for any meal.

the location is amazing. grand central station and times square are within a five-minute walk. this proximity made it very easy to see key sites. the hotel's central position really enhanced my trip.

The room I received was not up to par. The window provided minimal light. noise from the street was clearly audible, disrupting sleep at night.

kind staff perfect location faulty air conditioning closed bar
the staff members were always kind, they helped so much when i needed directions. they gave wonderful ideas on places to see while i was there. i found the location to be perfect , it was easy to get to various attractions.
the air conditioning may as well not been on , it didn't seem to work properly. the hotel bar was closed for works as i was hoping to relax there after a long day.
