I found the breakfast buffet to be amazing. The selection of breads was wide, and the fruits were fresh! I also enjoyed the live piano during breakfast. It was very relaxing and added to the atmosphere.

There always seemed to be a long wait! The service at the restaurant was also slow. I asked for coffee three times and still did not receive it.

the hotel provided a free shuttle to the city center. the spa treatments i received were worth the cost. Patricia from guest services assisted me, EVEN walking me to a nearby shop. the staff organized a surprise with cake for my husband's birthday. all the staff were friendly.
