The staff was very friendly and eager to help out. I liked the well-equipped studio and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. The room remained quiet, despite being in a busy area. This helped a lot to rest well.

The rooftop restaurant features delicious breakfast options and an amazing view of the city. It enhanced the experience. The hotel also has a cute informal restaurant, where I ordered salad and pizza.

The hotel organised pick-up from the airport, offering a seamless and high-quality experience. The team sends necessary information before arrival, very appreciated. There is a spa, but my stay was too short to experience it.

The room was spacious enough. It was acceptable.
The turndown service was not consistent, and i found that quite annoying. one night, it was done perfectly, but another night, i was asked if i needed towels. I felt the need to do it myself.

I enjoyed the rooftop bar. It gave amazing viewing of the city. The location are great, close to many sights. Pastries are available in the dining room, this was good for breakfast.
The lifts were old and somewhat slow. The soundproofing between rooms wasn't the best. I could hear noise from other guests easily. I wasn't super pleased with this.

The location is excellent near the viewpoint. The breakfast on the rooftop had great views. The staff provided top-tier service. I found them consistently polite and helpful with requests. It was very practical to contact them with questions.
The soundproofing between rooms wasn't the best I've experienced I could hear some noise.

The staff was entirely focused on customers and could not do enough. The location is perfect for walking and taking relatively cheap Ubers. The hotel organised our pick-up from the airport, and it was a seamless experience. The room had a nice bedroom and a lovely separate sitting area.
