Margarida greeted me warmly and helped me settle in. my room included coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, and even a shoe horn. I found this lovely. they also had snacks awaiting me. It felt very cute.
clean towels were only provided once i asked. it was a minor inconvenience, however it is worth noting

joana contacted me before i arrived and addressed all my needs. miguel gave a great introduction to the city during an afternoon walking tour. ana had great knowledge and took us up to the castle.
