central location cupcake treat unsafe area sewage smell
the location was great. the apartment was close to everything, so i could walk everywhere i wanted to go. i especially loved the little treats left for me daily. it was such a lovely touch. they gave fresh cupcakes, that was wonderful.
the area outside didn't always feel very safe, especially at night. there were some sewage smells on the street. i noticed it more in this particular area.

warm hostess laundry detergent welcome snack
Margarida greeted me warmly and helped me settle in. my room included coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, and even a shoe horn. I found this lovely. they also had snacks awaiting me. It felt very cute.
clean towels were only provided once i asked. it was a minor inconvenience, however it is worth noting

joana contacted me before i arrived and addressed all my needs. miguel gave a great introduction to the city during an afternoon walking tour. ana had great knowledge and took us up to the castle.

complimentary breakfast was delivered to my room on the day i chose. i also had full access to the snacks, drinks, and ice cream at the sister hotel. this was available at all hours.
