I found the hotel to have great on-site facilities (especially the gym). My room was clean. The staff showed amazing friendliness, greeting me with smiles. The location proved very central, a true convenience for exploring. I will choose this hotel again.
The elevators experienced slight delays during peak hours, requiring a bit of patience.

I found the room quite spacious. It includes a comfy bed. A really powerful rainfall shower was also available. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the rooftop pool alongside its sky restaurant. It provided an enjoyable experience.
The wifi connection sometimes got disconnected, a slight inconvenience .

easy accessslow check-indisruptive noise
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby areas.
the check-in process was slow, with the front desk staff seeming overwhelmed. i waited over an hour, and there was no clear communication about the delay. also, the room's air conditioning unit made a loud, disruptive noise throughout the night, hindering sleep.
