taxi service expensive
The gym has what i think are good equipment. I saw multiple treadmills.
I had some issues with the onsite taxi service, REALLY expensive. The hotel quoted me 2600 pesos for an airport trip. A grab fare cost only 260 pesos! something needs to be sorted asap.

thoughtful service surprise upgrade comfy bed
the service i received was like a warm embrace, so thoughtful. the room upgrade i received was such a sweet surprise, like a whispered promise. tapenade restaurant was magical, and i adored the comfy bed i slept in, feeling like i was floating on a cloud.

lovely stay!
great location very nice beds
The location is awesome. Rustan's is right across the street! the beds felt very nice after my four-week trip. it was such a great spot to unwind before my long flight home.
the gym was a little disappointing. it could really use an update. and i got charged for a sheet stain, i don't know anything about it. it was really odd, especially after staying for five days!

The staff greeted me with smiles, always so attentive! ezra, the night manager, really helped us during a medical emergency. He arranged transport. he also gave advice.
