Underwhelming Stay with Several Issues

strange smellunattentive staff
Our stay start with some confusion. I find that the room had a strange smell. It seem like somebody been smoking in it recently. Later, the extractor fan made a really loud noise. It sound like a helicopter was right above us. The breakfast experience was also not great. Staff did not pay attention. I will think twice about returning
