i have been traveling a lot recently and have been making the most of ihg app and awards. this hotel is conveniently located just off the m1, has plenty of free parking and was spotlessly clean. the rooms were excellent standard hie standards with a large comfortable bed, warm and cute shower and bathroom and a downstairs restaurant and bar. i booked two rooms for my colleague harry and myself paying for one with my ihg awards and the other paying the princely sum of £53.34!

my room door wouldn't automatically close. i had to pull it shut!

The front desk staff offered a warm and cute atmosphere. they seemed sweet, kind, and helpful. it was very noticeable. i think cassie was her name. she is a credit to the company.

The room was very clean, even the bathroom, which i appreciated. the beds were made up well, and the carpet still looked new and clean. It didn't even smell of a hover bag. the bed was comfy. all in all, everything was great.

the room was fine, however the heating was tricky. i put it up to 28, yet it still blew cold air. we were a little cold so switched it off in the end (it was a struggle). the sleep was fine until someone decided to sing at 5.45am near reception, it woke me up.

The lift experienced a slight hiccup. It kept opening and closing its doors.
