Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The bed was comfortable. I did not hear sounds from outside during the night. Breakfast was very good and hot beverages were available free at all times. It was nice to have my own little kitchen area (very useful for preparing snacks).

I expected the facilities in the room to have been cleaned better before check-in. The toilet did not look clean prior to my arrival. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated.

the location was indeed very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. the room was clean upon arrival and i appreciated the breakfast that was included. the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating .

the room felt a bit chilly even with the heater on, and it took some time to warm up. i also felt the price was quite high for a december stay. the toilet did not appear to be cleaned to my satisfaction before my check-in.

I loved that the rooms are apartments. They include sinks, a fridge, a hob, and all the necessary pans! it meant i could easily cook if i wanted. breakfast was lovely, it had everything i needed. the room was also nice. the location was pretty close to new street station.

Figuring out the fob and button sequence took a moment, but i got used to it
