fresh room good coffee torn sheet peeling paint
the room was fresh and clean. the lobby was serene and the gift shops were nice. we went to the pool, and the kids had fun. our room service was good. the quick service breakfast was excellent. the coffee was good!
i found that the sheets had a tear in them, and the other bed had a few stains. the seal on the shower door was wearing off, so water leaked onto the floor when you shower. the paint is peeling.

bad smell long walk
Our room was in tower 2. It reminded me of i walked an awful lot, which i didn't like! there wasn't a good way to get to the pool from where i was. the room had a bad smell. It seemed to be coming from the drain, and it wasn't a good smell. the staff did offer to send someone to fix it, but we just put a towel over it instead.

slow check-in thin walls
The check-in process was a mess. The front desk seemed understaffed, and there was a long line. it took over an hour to finally get to the room. also, the walls are so thin. I could hear everything from the next room, including their tv and conversations. it was hard to relax with all the noise, i expected better soundproofing.

excellent stay with great perks
express passes water taxi
The express passes were a definite highlight. This perk made our park visits significantly more efficient. i also really appreciated the convenient water taxi service to the parks. This transportation option saved considerable time and effort. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any questions.
The hallway carpets had some staining. I think a deep cleaning or replacement would greatly improve the overall appearance.

The staff was very attentive. They addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. assistance with park tickets and express passes was seamless. bell services were quick, providing assistance with luggage transport to the room.

a enchanting stay
calming scent varied dining magical creation
the lobby smelled wonderful!!! it had a lovely, calming scent. dining options were varied, and i savored every bite. i was swept away by the magic they created.
i did notice that some of the plugs in the room didn't seem to work quite right.
