i really loved how comfy the bed was in my room, i slept great every night. the pool looked super nice. the bar prices were reasonable and the bartender was so polite! the cafe was also always stocked well, i liked the variety.

the room was large enough.
The elevators were a nightmare. One was constantly out of service. this created long waits and crowded conditions. additionally, housekeeping did a poor job as they only seemed to make the beds. The floors weren't cleaned during my entire stay.

The hotel's location is very convenient. I found numerous dining options and shops within walking distance. Arranging a short Uber ride to the mall and various parks was also simple. The on-site cafe provided convenient access to Starbucks every morning.
The gym equipment needed some attention as it was not always fully functional.

spacious parkinghighway noise
The hotel offers spacious parking. A big plus for me since I had a rental. Check-in was easy too.
The bathroom definitely needed an upgrade. The front desk claimed to put me near the pool because I had surgery and needed something on the ground floor, but I ended up at the end of the building. I had to walk way too much to get to the pool. It was super noisy because it was near the highway. This was horrible. The noise woke me up every night.
