The pool area is lovely. I appreciated the free boat transfer to the theme parks.. departures were very regular and frequent from 7 am to after midnight. It offered great value for money. There were good on-site snack and gift shops.
The room was small. I found the bathroom door opened easily, like a farm door, this offered little privacy while using the toilet. Hallways seemed small. The mini fridge in the room did not work.

underwhelming stay NEAR the parks
late check-incigarette smell
The room was not ready at check-in. This was frustrating. I was unable to access my room when I arrived. There was also a strange smell in the hallway near my room. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This.

The water taxi provided easy access to the parks. the boat rides were quick. i also enjoyed a well-equipped gym with modern machines. the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area. This arrangement increased convenience for multiple guests.
The coffee supplied in the room was not great. It tasted quite generic.

Convenient and pleasant stay

The boat service to the parks was a great amenity. It offered a quick and scenic route, bypassing typical shuttle congestion. The separate shower and toilet area in the bathroom was very useful. This allowed multiple people to get ready simultaneously, saving time in the morning.
The coffee provided in the room was not to my liking. I found it to be quite generic in taste. I would have appreciated a higher quality coffee offering directly in the room.

The free boat service to the theme parks ran very regularly. It started at 7 a.m. and continued until 1:15 a.m. The hotel features on-site snack and gift shops.. a nice convenience. The room servicing occurred daily and kept the room very clean and well-stocked.

acceptable stay with some drawbacks
cold roominsufficient blankets
i found the room to be quite cold i tried adjusting the thermostat but it did not help much the lightweight blankets were insufficient for warmth and i had to request additional bedding additionally i was disappointed to find no microwave in the room this made reheating leftovers inconvenient and i had to dispose of food that could have been saved a small convenience like a microwave would significantly improve the experience
