Really good City Centre Stay

The location was ideal with easy access to various attractions. The staff were friendly, and assisted with check-in efficiently. I enjoyed a complimentary selection of hot beverages and fruit provided in the lounge. The hotel gave great discounts on drinks.
I experienced difficulty locating the parking area behind the building. The provided links directed me to reception.

the communal kitchen area offered a hot drinks machine. fresh fruit was also available (a lovely touch).
the mattress was very firm, and it did not provide much comfort.

The room was immaculate. the air conditioning worked very quickly. i checked out at the bar and left my luggage there before shopping. This was convenient. i have further stays booked. here.
the bed was the worst i have ever slept in. it was like lying on a board and it was small. the room was far too hot and opening the window was noisy.

the hotel had bus routes. its central location made it convenient. luggage storage was offered so that i could go shopping. i found this helpful, as i didn't have to carry my bags around.
