The lack of proper maintenance was apparent. The record player in the room was non-functional. Its presence was merely decorative. The kitchen cupboard doors were coming apart, a testament to neglect, and the kitchen tap seemed on the verge of detachment. These issues, combined with the price.

This time, the room felt less special than it should. some promised amenities were missing like complimentary beverages and snacks i was expecting. the bathroom needed attention. The shower controls were faulty. the overall maintenance seemed lacking. I found the experience disappointing.

the staff was helpful and cute. i also appreciated the central location with so many restaurants nearby. plus, the little welcome beer was a lovely touch!
The lighting in the living room was quite dim. I had a bit of trouble reading in that area.

i found the location excellent,very close to shopping centres. restaurants were also easy to access. accessing drop offs for buses was also very handy.

the location was central and the staff gave a parking discount (i guess that's nice).
The room was not a brewdog hotel, it was more like apartments renovated on the cheap. the bathroom was quite old with floor tiles falling off. The shower was a low point. there was a noisy casino across the street with loud people smoking late into the night. My clothes smelled like cigarettes, not ideal (to say the least).

the location was central. i liked that a complimentary drink awaited me upon arrival. the room felt very comfortable. heating and AC worked fine once i turned them on.
The mattress on the double bed was terrible. I hardly slept. a tile was broken on the bathroom floor. the toilet handle felt loose.

check-in was quick. i found the suite larger than expected, a welcome surprise (i appreciated the extra space). the bathroom featured a sizable wet room design. i was pleased to see a full-sized fridge in the room, along with a washing machine and oven.
The lack of readily available cooking utensils made using the oven impractical. I had hoped to prepare a simple meal but could not.
