The room was VERY clean. It smelled so fresh!!! I had a perfect view from my room, too. The location is GREAT. It's close to the town. I would definitely stay again.
I could sometimes hear the boiler turning on and off during the night, only a SLIGHT disturbance.

Coffee, milk and a tea towel were nice little touches. There was a kettle provided for making hot drinks. I REALLY appreciated the little biscuits left . it was a thoughtful setup.

the room was spacious and had beautiful decor, with attention to detail in every corner. the comfortable bed and excellent shower were highlights, i really appreciated the little kitchenette, it included a fridge. the staff online answered questions quickly and helped us with everything we needed.
I noticed the absence of readily available on-site assistance. It could benefit from a more visible presence.

the room offered ample space for luggage and belongings, very convenient. the king-size bed provided excellent comfort, and the modern bathroom included a very nice shower. the outdoor space was a lovely addition..

the kitchenette had a kettle, sink, washing up liquid, cutlery, plates, and a fridge for convenience. i found these amenities made preparing simple meals very easy. nearby restaurants are accessible for other options.

the location allows easy exploration of the area, including bus routes to other places. the railway station and the town center are within a short walking distance, about five minutes. the surrounding area includes big victorian buildings.

the location was ideal with easy access to the hotel lobby. the room was cute, and offered tea, coffee, and nice biscuits. the bed was comfy, with comfortable sheets and towels. i appreciated the cleanliness.
The walls felt thin (unfortunately!), and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. It slightly impacted the otherwise peaceful evenings.

THE room was super clean. I appreciated the big shower complete with toiletries. The bed WAS comfy and had high quality bed linen. The location offered convenient access and i took a short walk into town.
there IS very little sound insulation. I could hear noise from the adjoining rooms very clearly. This was both unwelcome and disturbing, especially at unsociable hours.

The room was ready early at 4pm. The owners sent constant updates with codes and wifi details. Electronic keypads made entry easy. The room was tidy with a smart tv. The castle view and seagulls were nice. The walk to town took just 10 minutes.
Advertised free parking was misleading. It is not part of the hotel. I received a text about this only when traveling down. This added £40 to my costs, because I had to use the marina carpark. Future guests should know the parking is not part of the deal.

The building features a virtual key system for efficient access, and the hotel is generally well maintained. There are steps up to the entrance, which may be difficult with mobility issues. Bennet Park is located next to the accommodation.

The off-site staff are helpful and communicative via text messages, offering prompt replies. Owners provide updates with instructions, including door codes and wifi passwords. It's very convenient. Staff response was first class to extend our stay another night.
