Veronica helped arrange our wedding rehearsal aperitivo. The hotel provided a beautiful food display when we arrived. the entire rooftop was ours. It had a perfect view of the cathedral. all staff and bartenders were very professional. They made our start to the wedding weekend really good.
The street outside the hotel had homeless people at night. Returning after 11 pm felt less secure.

The location was perfect, close to many attractions. the rooftop view was a dream. I enjoyed a nightcap there. the bed was comfy and the room well appointed. the turndown service was a nice surprise. every staff member was lovely and helpful.

The minibar prices seemed quite high. I did notice a fee for an espresso that seemed a bit much. the street noise at night was more noticeable than I anticipated. It was a bit disruptive to sleep despite the double-glazed windows.

poor air conditioninglong wait
the air conditioning was not great. it struggled to keep the room cool during the day, and i woke up a couple times feeling too warm. the breakfast buffet got really crowded around 9 am. i waited about 10 minutes just to get a coffee. that LONG wait time put a damper on the start to my mornings.
