Our stay here was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, right next to Old Town, and the room was spacious enough for our entire family, offering a kitchen and living area. However, some aspects of our experience were frustrating, especially concerning the service we received.

The service left much to be desired. During our check-in, the staff seemed preoccupied and didn't provide us with the information we needed. It felt a bit like we were an afterthought.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Old Town where we could easily grab food or drinks after a long day. Plus, it's close to Disney parks, making it really convenient for our family.

The dining options were somewhat limited, and I think they should consider starting breakfast earlier since the shuttles leave quite early. We ended up skipping it.
