Totally awesome universal stay!

I found the hotel super close to everything, especially universal parks. It took us less than ten minutes by car. the rooms were neat, and i got fresh towels every day which was so convenient. the pool area was also a total win, very nicely kept, and i loved chilling there after park days.
the air conditioning made a little noise at night, but honestly, i got used to it super fast.

the location was convenient for visiting attractions. it was close to universal parks with a free shuttle service. a well-equipped convenience store was also on site.
the room smelled strange. i found a damp, dirty towel inside the fridge. businesses with broken windows were in the area near the hotel.

I appreciated the free parking. It was easy to access, and the presence of a guard. the bathroom design, with a separate toilet and shower area and a sink outside, worked well for my family. i also liked the full-length mirror in the closet and an additional mirror for makeup.
upon arrival, i found the lack of ventilation in the room concerning, since the windows were fully sealed. this could potentially pose a health risk if someone has an infectious disease. the air conditioning was also quite noisy and not particularly effective.

the receptionist was very nice at check-in, she provided useful information. maintenance staff were quick to respond to requests. i am grateful for the positive interactions with hotel employees.
