Our stay at this hotel felt more like a nightmare than a vacation. Despite the damp smell and roaches in our room, I wanted to focus on enjoying my son's special day. However, the situation escalated quickly when we faced a room change due to the pest issue and lack of management support. On a brighter note, the location is decent and the pool area is enjoyable, but overall, I felt disappointed with my experience.
