Fantasyland Hotel, within West Edmonton Mall, features fantasy-themed rooms, each recreating a specific destination. Guests can also select Superior or Executive Rooms with classic decor. L1 Lounge, located in the lobby, offers elevated pub fare and shareable plates. The dining specials include the Couples Set Menu for $115 per couple, featuring appetizers like Deep Fried Cauliflower and main courses such as the L2 Platter for Two. Custom made-to-order cakes are available. L2 Grill is located on level 2 (entrance 51), and L1 Lounge is on level one (entrance 52).

The hotel provides access to West Edmonton Mall attractions, including more than 27 play areas and attractions, such as the Mindbender indoor roller coaster. Guests can visit Europa Boulevard, lined with designer boutiques such as True Religion, Lacoste, and Diesel, and Simons, a 120,000 square foot fashion retailer. The World Waterpark is a short 3-5 minute walk from the hotel lobby; Galaxyland's closest entrance is approximately a 7-10 minute walk.
