The Banff Caribou Lodge offers several guest rooms and suites, including accessible rooms. My family enjoyed the hot tub after skiing it was great. The underground parkade was useful for our smaller vehicle it was free street parking too if needed.
The hotel did not have air conditioning it might be an issue during summer. I noticed a staff member vacuuming near our room past midnight that woke my kids and I up it was quite loud.

the standard king room was spacious! i really liked how the bathroom had two sinks. the underground parking was free, a huge plus. there was a bus pass available , made getting around super easy!
the gym had only a few machines, so sometimes i had to wait.

the on-site restaurant, the keg, had a delicious filet mignon and salmon. breakfast had many options. the hotel provides convenient dining right on the premises.

the front desk was always ready to help. they even price-matched my room with one on a hotel app! the staff offered me a complimentary daily ticket for the shuttle bus. there was a coffee bar everyday in the lobby.

i found roam pass to be a great addition. i really liked the location being about a kilometre walk to shopping. the staff was friendly and helpful. underground parking worked well and kept my car safe.
the bathroom needs a fan. the ceiling and part of the wall was peeling. it was a bit unsightly.

I found extra towels quickly. A very sweet housekeeping lady I saw in the hallway got what we needed in about five minutes. Front desk staff provided lots of information to us. I liked how close the hotel was to downtown, a short stroll away.

The bar closed early at 10.30pm. i was refused service at the hotel bar, disappointing. the hotel said the bar was run by a third party and not in their control. Even room service stopped early.
