Hidden Ridge Resort offers condos with Mountain Luxury Bedding, kitchens, and wood-burning fireplaces. All units include a private bathroom, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils. Guests also have access to complementary tea and coffee, a DVD player with complimentary rentals, a 32-inch flat-screen Cable TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, and a patio or balcony. The Premier King Condo provides a king-size Mountain Luxury Bed in a loft, a living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a private balcony with an outdoor hot tub with mountain views. One Bedroom with Loft Condos feature one queen Mountain Luxury Bed, and a pull-out sofa and can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Leisure and Entertainment
Guests can relax by the hot pools at the outdoor lounge area. A games room in the basement includes a foosball or bubble hockey table, a pull-out sofa, a 40-inch LCD TV, and a Nintendo Wii. The Douglas Fir Resort & Chalets, with a convenience store, a liquor store, and an indoor water park, is an eight-minute walk down the hill. Location and Transport
Hidden Ridge Resort is located at the end of Hidden Ridge Way. Downtown Banff is accessible in six minutes via the bus that picks up in front of the resort. A free shuttle service travels into town from The Hidden Ridge Resort. Brewster Banff Airport Express provides express service from the Calgary International Airport to Banff. Visitors to Banff National Park require a National Park entry pass.

the hot tub provided a beautiful view i will always remember. the resort provided complimentary bus passes, it made traveling downtown simple. amenities like the sauna and the fireplace enhanced my stay. pre cut firewood and the complimentary coffee were nice touches i found good.
I found the soundproofing could have been better. I could hear noises from the upper floor.

The location was quiet. The kitchenette was very useful. I also enjoyed the fireplace with free firewood (it was awesome).
The parking situation was not ideal. It was first come, first serve. This caused a free-for-all for all the stalls. I found the lack of adequate parking a real downside (especially during peak times).

The welcome was friendly and informative. Our cabin was near the hot pools, a convenient spot. The pools offer great views, and I enjoyed the large sauna. I also really like the bonfire in the evenings next to the pools. The room provided cooking essentials. It was a relief to find enough towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable. I slept soundly with extra blankets from the closet.
The front desk seemed understaffed one evening! I waited a bit for service.
