I found the free bus passes very useful, the bus stopped right at the hotel , made getting around simple. the staff replaced my safe quickly. They fixed it within minutes of my call. i parked in the free underground parking. This was a very convenient amenity. i liked that i could walk to the main part of town easily.
My room was a bit too small. I wished i had more space to move around comfortably.

The hotel has a restaurant. It serves mexican food mainly. meals in the restaurant were great, they tasted fresh and flavorful. the restaurant provides a convenient on-site dining option.

my room included comfortable beds, i slept very well. the room was clean and it was well kept. it had a separate level for sleeping and lounging, this increased the sense of space.

The hot tub is cave themed and provides a very unique experience. there is a pool. I liked the fact that i could swim. the hotel architecture features a lot of wood.

The staff replaced my safe very quickly. I got free bus passes and the bus stopped at the hotel. Underground parking was also available at no extra cost.
I found the restaurant food disappointing it mainly served Mexican dishes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location allowed me to easily jump on the Roam bus in any direction I needed. The grotto hot tub was very cool (I visited it in the morning).
The walls were paper-thin. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms. The tv was quite old. There was no guide to find channels. I had to scroll through all of them.

the underground parking kept my car safe from the weather it included a free local roam bus pass for some routes the room was on the third floor it was near the walkway at the open roof of the cave pool i found this placement convenient.
the room was not overly spacious.

The safe in my room broke , but staff replaced it in 5 minutes. free bus passes were available. The bus stopped at the hotel for transport to town and hot springs.
i found that the hotel bar closed quite early on weekdays
