the complimentary bus passes were helpful. it made exploring the area so easy. sudden sally, the onsite restaurant, provided delicious food at reasonable prices. i especially enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the bathroomwith a handy kitchenette with a microwave.
The hotel temperature felt too warm. It was difficult to adjust even with the air conditioning.

i found the staff quite friendly and accommodating. the complimentary bus passes made getting around very convenient. the hot water tub on the hotel was definitely a highlight for me.
the room i stayed in felt quite plain. it lacked the kind of view i expected, especially considering the price. the bathroom lighting was also not ideal, especially for makeup.

The complimentary bus passes were appreciated. They made getting around easier.
the noisy fan heating system made sleep difficult, i had to turn it off. reception staff did little to address the issue initially. the layout was confusing, with too few signs directing guests through the different buildings.

the room included two separate sinks, this was very helpful. there are rainfall showers, the design is pretty modern. i found blackout curtains, so i slept well. the complimentary bus passes are a great addition, especially since the stop is nearby.
the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, a walk is required.

the onsite restaurant and cafe was beyond fabulous. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. i used the hot pools daily. Views OF the mountain range are lovely.
the hotel was expensive for what i get ESPECIALLY with none of the amenities available for me to use.

noisy systemconfusing layout
the room heating system was REALLY noisy. It. i reported it, but staff did not fix it immediately. the hotel layout is confusing. there are not enough signs to navigate to places like the ski locker.
