The hotel valet offers prompt service. The staff are courteous. The Signature Room has quiet atmosphere. It also has large washroom and three windows. Dining options are available. The hotel feature valet parking.
The pool temperature was very cold. It seemed like Baltic waters. I hope they improve this soon.

The room was bright and comfortable. The food on the Gold Floor was excellent. The laundry service was good. I didn't normally use it.
The phone help line was not helpful. I requested a rubber bath mat. A hotel staff arrived at my door carrying a yoga mat.
