The staff was very friendly. Yungliu made the check-in process easy. She surprised me with a complimentary corner suite upgrade. She also gave me access to the beautiful 15th floor lounge.
The outdoor parking lot across the street got quite full at times.

The pool has a hot tub available . The gym is open 24/7, a really nice addition. Flower and Wolf restaurant is attached to the premises. I found they offered excellent prices on whiskeys.
