Wonderful Harbour View

The location proved excellent, right on the sea front near the harbour. The room included storage space, a table, chairs, and a vanity dresser. I appreciated the excellent view of boats at the front. The staff offered a warm welcome and were very helpful.

The windows in the room did not open very well.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. I also liked the good-sized private bathroom, and the view overlooking the harbour enhanced my stay, it was lovely. Free standing globe had mini bar inside.

The hotel benefits from a very good position at the front of the Harbour. I found free parking available on Marine Drive until March. Leaving the car on the street is allowed from 6 to 9 in the morning.

Rachel, my host, was very nice, she made sure I had more coffee and sugar in the room. Libby and the other lovely staff served a great English breakfast every day. I appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness.

i found the room spacious and it had a great bathroom. the harbour view was just lovely, i could see it all from my window. the staff were friendly people and always available.

the premises closed early at 9 pm, making it hard to find anyone if i needed something after that hour.

the room was spacious it included mahogany furniture and chesterfield chairs. there was a free standing world globe which housed a mini bar i found interesting. rachael was helpful she made sure i had extra coffee.

check-in is strictly between 15:00 and 16:00 which felt quite restrictive. i had difficulty opening one of the windows so ventilation was limited.

my room, the 'beautiful double room sea view', featured a fantastic harbour view for five nights , a real treat. the location was great , especially with free parking available on marine drive until march. i also found it convenient that i could leave my car on the street from 6 to 9 in the morning.

breakfast started quite late ,at 10.30 , it was included but my room had to be vacated by 10 am. it made timing a little tricky.

We stayed in room 3 for five nights and the view of the harbour was fantastic. the location was great and free parking was available on marine drive until march. it was also okay to leave our car on the street from 6 am until 9 am. at 10:30 am, we enjoyed a great english breakfast every day served by libby and the other lovely staff. Our chihuahua jonesey joined us.

upon arrival , the windows were open, which resulted in many flies inside the room. the inside of the windows was dirty.
