great stay near the beach
friendly host clean room comfy bed good price
The host was friendly and very helpful, he provide GREAT service. The room was very clean. It included comfy beds plus enough tea and coffee. A lovely little cafe nearby provides breakfast at a good price, i liked it. i would highly recommend this location to anyone.
The room was a LITTLE small, especially because we had two dogs accompany us.

The location offers convenient access to the town center plus north bay. A cafe is next door, alternatively a five minute walk takes you to other breakfast spots. It is VERY accessible.

The hotel has a games room with pool that was recently refurbished. There are dog friendly accommodations, this is a great feature. The hotel also includes a full kitchen for cooking if you WANTED to.

The welcome was very WARM, helpful and friendly. The staff phoned me to coordinate my arrival, ensuring someone was present to greet me.

The room had lovely little touches in both the room and bathroom. The shower was EASY to use. The beds are comfortable and allow for a restful nights sleep, everything was perfect.

convenient and clean stay
excellent location quiet guesthouse clean room nice decoration
the location is excellent near the seafront and shops. the owner contacted me to coordinate my arrival. the guesthouse was quiet, so i slept well. my room was nicely decorated and very clean (a big plus for me).
The room i stayed in was a bit small. this was a very minor issue overall.

the guesthouse is located conveniently near the beach. it is also a short walk to various shops and restaurants. the scarborough open air theatre is easily accessible.

helpful host bigger room decent wifi
joe was very helpful and gave us a bigger room. this was very nice, as we had our dog. the room had a nice bed and decent wifi. the room size gave great value.
the room was a little small! especially with our two dogs.

clean room perfect layout cute balcony ideal location
the room was beautifully clean i must say. the family room included perfect layout. a cute little balcony was also a plus. the location proved ideal for my needs.
the room felt a little small, mainly since i had luggage with me, a minor inconvenience.
