the location is very convenient, near the seafront. parking was easy with provided permits. the full english breakfast was a good start to the day.

Wonderful Seaside Stay!
convenient location delicious breakfast
The location proved convenient! It was easy to find. I appreciated the substantial room. It featured every amenity I required. The breakfast was delicious each morning. I was pleased. Friendly people.
The shower in my top-floor room required me to bend. It cycled between hot and cold water. This was difficult.

The staff was very understanding! They provided great service. They were helpful with directions and recommendations. I needed assistance with luggage, and they promptly provided it. They were always cheerful.

Breakfast included cooked items. I chose bacon and eggs! Cereals were available, also. Toast and beverages accompanied the meal. The dining area looked clean and tidy. I was pleased with the selection.

The room presented an airy and clean environment. I noted the large size! The bed included soft linens. The room had ample natural light. A wardrobe and desk offered sufficient space.

central location good breakfast slight smell updated room
the location was central, ideal for exploring. the breakfast was also good, it set me up well for the day.
i noticed the room needed some updating. the kettle had a slight smell of bleach which was off-putting i didn't use it.

the breakfast was decent and included in the price.
the room had a distinct smell of foist and damp, i really didn't appreciate it, also i found the bed made a very loud noice whenever i sat on it.

adequate stay
friendly staff full english dog-friendly poor shower cold room bad smell
I found the staff very cute. breakfast included a tasty full english each morning. my maltese dog even received a sausage. That was nice. there was an area where milly could stretch her legs.
the shower produced little water, and it wasn't very warm. the room felt cold during the night and morning. i noticed an unpleasant aroma upon entering the room, so i used air fresheners.
