charming stay!
great location city view
The staff was wonderful. the hotel location was central, perfect for my work. the room had a beautiful city view. It was well-appointed! the buffet at serafina restaurant had a amazing selection of food.
The receptionist could have been more friendly. They lacked warmth.

My premium double or twin room city view had a fine view. the modern design was immaculate. i found everything i needed inside. The ac system worked very efficiently and i loved the shower!

The bar strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, a stylish space. the bartenders clearly took pride in their craft. The drinks were really good! the hotel's location is close to the subway.

decent location, some drawbacks

the hotel location is very central. it is close to many attractions. the room had coffee and tea facilities. the bed was also perfect.
the maids walked in on me twice. i answered the door, but they still walked in. it felt intrusive and a violation of privacy. i had to use the do not disturb sign to prevent this.
